Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered under the Agreement is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's account after the Customer and the Contractor sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of services within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the Contractor sends the invoice to the Customer for payment for Services.
The Invoice must contain payment for services provided under the Contract, taxes and duties related to use, sale or concession, which are regulated by official authorities and are currently or will be applied, as well as value-added tax and special communication tax.
The cost of rendering services includes: rendering services in accordance with the terms of reference, as well as all taxes, duties and charges related to the provision of services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Turkey.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
