| Payment terms: | The billing period is a calendar month. Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer no later than 50 (Fifty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (applicable for small and medium-sized businesses: no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days) after the completion and delivery of services by the Contractor on the basis of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the services provided signed by the Parties, invoices and payment invoices issued by the Contractor. |
