| Payment terms: | The advance payment is calculated and paid for each annual delivery volume separately.
- the advance payment for the delivery of goods in 2026 is 30% of the annual delivery volume in the amount of _________ rubles, including VAT of 22%. Term of advance payment: no more than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties;
- the advance payment for the delivery of goods in 2027 is 30% of the annual delivery volume in the amount of _________ rubles, including VAT of 22%. Term of advance payment: no more than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties
- the advance payment for the delivery of goods in 2028 is 30% of the annual delivery volume in the amount of _________ rubles, including VAT of 22%. Term of advance payment: no more than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties. Amount and term of final payment: 70% payment upon delivery within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration).
In case of partial delivery, the advance payment is offset in proportion to the cost of the delivered products. |
