| Payment terms: | Advance payment – advance payment of works is possible, but not more than 30% of the contract amount.
The form of payment is non–cash payment.
Payment terms:
Payment for works performed in 2022 under the Contract is made upon their completion in the amount of no more than 4,000,000 rubles, excluding VAT (20%). Payment for works performed in 2022 in excess of the amount of 4,000,000 rubles is made no earlier than February 2023.
Anticipating the execution of the Work Schedule in 2022 does not entail the unconditional obligation of the Customer to pay for the work performed in excess of the above amount (4,000,000 rubles).
Payment for the completed works is made upon their completion on the basis of estimated calculations agreed with the Contractor within 30 (thirty) days on the basis of the acceptance certificates of completed works of the form KS-2 provided by the Contractor no later than the 24th of the reporting month and certificates of the cost of completed works and costs of the form KS-3, TORG-12, invoices. Payment of the latest financial documents after signing the COP-14 form.
The contract price includes all the Contractor's expenses for the performance of the works provided for in this contract (including the cost of delivery of equipment to the Facility, a complete set of technical documentation, packaging costs, preparation and protection of the construction site, transportation, insurance, storage, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees, the cost of materials and equipment, expenses for installation, testing, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits, testing, inspections, conclusions, mandatory payments and other costs necessary for the execution of the Contract).
The price of this Contract includes all works necessary for the full fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations under this Contract, as well as works not detailed in the Contract, but necessary for the quality performance of work. |
