| Payment terms: | In connection with the planned procurement on the topic Assessment of the technical condition and residual life of the turbine T 12/12-60/2,5 art. No. 4 of the Bilibino NPP, I ask you to send to the address of the Bilibino NPP bilnpp@chukotka.ru technical and commercial offer of your organization about the cost of services.
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details (TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail);
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the performance of the contract (the period for the provision of services, payment procedure, etc.).
Payment terms: the customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered no later than 7 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services.
Performance of services is required for Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, Chukotka JSC in stages:
Stage 1. Work on the preparation, coordination and approval of Survey Programs – from the date of signing the contract until 04/15/2023;
Stage 2. Work on the inspection of the turbine – during the overhaul of unit No. 3 of the Bilibino NPP - from 01.05.2023 to 06/01/2023;
Stage 3. Work on the preparation, approval of the Conclusion - from 06/02/2023 to 19.06.2023;
Stage 4. Work on the approval, approval of the Conclusion, work on the elimination of comments that arose during the approval and approval of documentation - from 20.06.2023 to 20.08.2023.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
