100% payment upon delivery within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration). Payment is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership. (for Suppliers excluding SMEs)*.
100% payment upon delivery within 7 working days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration). (for SME Suppliers)*. Payment is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
