Payment terms:The Buyer pays for each batch of products: no more than 45 calendar days from the date of delivery - for winners not related to SME entities and no more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery - for winners of SME entities, subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 5.1 of the Agreement.
