| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is carried out by the Customer monthly, for the amount of services actually rendered within 15 calendar days after signing the act of acceptance of the services rendered (separately for each division of the Customer according to the affiliation of the Customer's serviced facility) on the basis of the originals of the invoice and invoice provided by the Contractor (separately for each division of the Customer according to the affiliation of the Customer's serviced facility), by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
