| Payment terms: | Product delivery time: Delivery time: Delivery within 365 days from the date of signing the contract, is carried out
in batches according to written requests from the Buyer, the delivery time for each batch of products within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
receipt of a written request from the buyer. Delivery of the first batch of products within 10 calendar days from the date of signing
agreement.
Terms and conditions of payment: 100% payment within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse
The contract price includes: the cost of the goods, the cost of transportation to the buyer's warehouse,
the cost of containers, packaging, customs duties, taxes, fees, insurance premiums and other charges
the finished products are left by and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. |
