| Payment terms: | The price of the contract includes: the cost of goods, containers, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees, insurance premiums and other payments.
Term and procedure of delivery of products: The delivery period is made within 365 days from the date of signing the contract by written bids sent to the supplier by e-mail. The delivery time of each batch of products is within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the buyer's written bid. Delivery of the first batch of products within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment term and procedure: 100% payment within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment.
Shipping method: Delivery of finished products is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. All costs for the replacement of defects and the delivery of the missing quantity are borne by the "Supplier.
