| Payment terms: | The price of the contract includes: the cost of goods, containers, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees, insurance premiums and other payments.
Delivery time: delivery during 2024-2025 is carried out by written bid from the Buyer, monthly bids. The delivery time of the first batch of products is within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The deadline for execution of subsequent bids is within 10 days from the date of receipt of the bid by the Supplier.
Payment term and procedure: 100% payment within 45 calendar days from the date of shipment.
Shipping method: Delivery of finished products is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. All costs for the replacement of defects and the delivery of the missing quantity are borne by the "Supplier.
