| Payment terms: | Payments for work performed are made upon completion of work for each stage within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Act on acceptance of work performed / UPD signed by the Parties, upon subject to the transfer to the Customer of the result of the work in full, with properly executed documentation.
In the event that the Contractor is a SME entity, payments for the work performed are made upon the completion of work for each stage within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment) drawn up on the basis of the Act signed by the Parties on acceptance of the work performed / UPD, subject to the transfer to the Customer of the result of the work in full, with properly executed documentation. |
