| Payment terms: | within 45 calendar days (for Suppliers excluding SMEs)*/ within 7 working days (for SME Suppliers)* from the date of occurrence of the last (by date) of the events:
-delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse;
-provision of documents specified in p. v.5.2 of the contract.
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violations, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods, the Goods are accepted for safekeeping by the Buyer until the violations are eliminated. |
