| Payment terms: | no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the contract, are the basis for making payment for obligations performed by the counterparty and accepted by the customer under contracts for the supply of goods, the provision of services, the performance of works, the list of which is set out in section 1 of annex No. 18, except:
a) contracts for the supply of goods, the provision of services, performance of works providing for payment of the contract price in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive), as well as contracts for the provision of secondment services for employees, medical, educational services – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty;
b) contracts with the SME entity – no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the delivered goods (work performed, service rendered) under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) |
