| Payment terms: | No earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days following the date the Buyer signed the Merchandise Invoice, subject to the originals of the following documents:
* For Russian companies:
invoices, invoices, TTN, invoice (Uniform BIG-12)
* For Belarusian companies:
accounts, invoices, TTN/TN
- The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the value of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
* Only for residents of the Russian Federation: if the Supplier refers to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in accordance with the Russian Government Decree No. 1352 of December 11, 2014 the particularities of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services by individual types of legal entities," the first paragraph of paragraph 3.5.2 should be amended (subject to the time conducting entry control not more than 10 calendar days):
"Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of the Buyer signing the Acceptance of the Goods, provided the original original documents are provided. |
