| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the goods is made by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice and signed shipping documents.
Option 2: an advance payment of the cost of the goods in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receipt of the invoice for payment; the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the payment invoice and signed shipping documents.
Option 3: an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receipt of the invoice for payment; the remaining payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the payment invoice and signed shipping documents. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
