Payment is made for the fuel actually received at retail outlets using cards in the reporting month by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (for ISPs within 7 (seven) business days) from the moment the parties signed the consignment note for the reporting month (unified COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process form-12 subject to the provision of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements and within the time period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the UPD)

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
