payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made within no more than 7 (seven) business days from the date of acceptance of the delivered Goods and signing by the Buyer of the original Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to this Contract) and provision by the Supplier of the originals of the invoice, invoice, consignment note in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 form or UPD.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
