| Payment terms: | Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the value of each batch of Goods based on a copy of the Supplier's invoice within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice. The final settlement is carried out by the Buyer on the basis of a copy of the Supplier's invoice not earlier than 45 (forty-five), but not later than 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of each batch of Goods by the Supplier, which is confirmed by signing a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), in case of impossibility of exchanging electronic documents – the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 on paper

When concluding an Agreement with small and medium–sized businesses (hereinafter referred to as SMEs), the final settlement is carried out by the Buyer within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of delivery of each batch of Goods, which is confirmed by the signing by the Parties of a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD), in case of impossibility of exchanging electronic documents - the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process–12 on paper on the basis of a copy of the Supplier's invoice. |
