Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Supplier shall transfer the Transfer Document to the Buyer upon delivery of each batch of Goods in 2 (two) original copies. The invoice for the payment of the Goods in 1 (one) original copy is provided by the Supplier to the Buyer after the Parties have signed the Transfer Document. Payment shall be made on the invoice after 15 (fifteen) calendar days, but not later than 25 (twenty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the transfer document in respect of the Goods. The provisions of Articles 317.1 and 823 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) are not applicable to the relations of the Parties. The payment procedure agreed by the Parties in this Agreement does not constitute the provision of a commercial loan in accordance with Article 823 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
