| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered Goods under the Contract is made upon delivery of the Goods, the batch of Goods within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (7 (Seven) working days for SMEs) after receipt of the Goods by the Buyer in the presence of a signed parties to the consignment note, invoice and invoice of the Supplier. Advance payment is not provided. |
