| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment term 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 100% after the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer and the positive results of the incoming inspection of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, bill of lading, invoice, bill of lading, a set of permits, a properly issued passport and /or quality certificate for the Goods, other documents listed in the TOR.
Option 2: payment is made in the following order:
- 30% – until the moment of shipment (transfer) Goods to the Buyer (in advance), - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment;
- payment term is 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 70%, after the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer and the positive results of the incoming inspection of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, bill of lading, invoice, bill of lading, a set of permits, a properly issued passport and/or quality certificate for the Goods, other documents listed in the TOR. |
