| Payment terms: | Payment is made by non-cash transfer of funds to the Supplier's settlement account upon receipt of the goods, upon submission of an invoice and/or invoice and a bill of lading signed by both parties with a possible delay in payment within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (in case of recognition of the winner of the participant of the purchase, which is a subject of SMEs, the payment period is 7 (seven) working days). |
