| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is made within no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (no more than 7 working days for SMEs).The price of fuel is subject to monthly revision and approval no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the month of delivery in the manner specified in paragraphs 3 – 4. of this methodology. Each such price change is carried out on the basis of the conclusion by the parties of an additional Act on changing the price of 1 (one) liter of fuel and, in accordance with this, a new Act of Agreement on the contract price is attached to the Contract. The contract amount is 49,900,000.00 with VAT |
