| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered goods will be made in the following terms:
- no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the agreement, are the basis for making payment for obligations performed by the counterparty and accepted by the customer (consignment note, invoice, invoice);
- no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive);
- no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the rendered services under the agreement (separate stage of the agreement) with the SME entity. Advance payment is not provided |
