Option 1:
Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the Product will be made after delivery of the finished product to the Buyer and positive results of the input inspection of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse, within 50 (fifty) calendar days with the provision of the following documents: invoice, Competitive Bidding Process-12, invoice.
Option 2:
The cost of the goods is paid in the following order:
- 30% - until the moment of shipment (transfer) Goods to the Buyer (in advance), - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the contract, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a guarantee of a refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment.
- 70% - after the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer and the positive results of the input inspection of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse, within 50 (fifty) calendar days with the provision of the following documents: invoice, Competitive Bidding process-12, invoice. |
