| Payment terms: | The buyer pays for the delivered goods within 7 (seven) working days from the moment of acceptance of the goods in his warehouse on the basis of the original invoice, invoice or UPD, consignment note, bill of lading issued. Settlements are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
