| Payment terms: | The advance payment in the amount of 100% of the price of the Goods is paid within 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Supplier submits an advance invoice to the Buyer within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the advance payment in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. |
