| Payment terms: | The advance payment, 30% of the contract value, is transferred within 15 (fifteen) days after the occurrence of all the above events: conclusion of the Agreement, transfer to the Buyer of the invoice for payment, providing security for the refund of the advance. Payment in the amount of the remaining part of the price of the consignment of the Goods is paid within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (for SMEs - 15 (Fifteen) business days) after the delivery of the consignment of the Goods specified in Specs. |
