| Payment terms: | Авансовый платеж, 30% от стоимости договора, перечисляется в течение 15 (Пятнадцати) дней после наступления всех перечисленных событий: заключения Договора, передачи Покупателю счета на оплату, предоставления обеспечения возврата аванса. Платеж в размере оставшейся части цены партии Товара выплачивается в течение 45 (Сорока пяти) календарных дней (для МСП- 15 (Пятнадцати) рабочих дней) после поставки партии Товара, указанного в Спецификации. |
