| Payment terms: | — payment terms (the supplier has the right to refuse to receive an advance payment):
30% — the advance payment is due by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Provided that you receive an invoice for payment and receive security for the return of the advance payment.
70% — final settlement not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing the bill of lading by the Buyer and providing originals of primary documents
* if the Supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise, the final settlement is made within 15 (fifteen) business days.

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
