Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The term of payment according to this Specification is 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) or UPD, subject to the Supplier's fulfillment of clause 4.5. of the Agreement.
The payment term for SMEs is no more than 30 calendar days.
. The cost of the goods according to this specification is paid in the following order :
- an advance payment of 30%, which is ________(____) rubles, including VAT of 22% - __ rubles, within 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Specification, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a guarantee of a refund of the advance payment in the amount of terms and in accordance with the requirements established by section 10 of the Contract;
- final payment of 70%, which is __(______) rubles, including VAT 22% - _____ rubles. The deadline for payment of the final payment is 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), subject to the Supplier's fulfillment of clause 4.5. of the Contract

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
