| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods (Equipment) under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods (Equipment) within 45 days, in case of conclusion of an agreement with the supplier meeting the criteria attribution to SMEs, payment will be made within 15 working days. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
