| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the Goods is made by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice and signed shipping documents.
Option 2: an advance payment of the cost of the Goods in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) is paid by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receipt of the invoice for payment, the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the payment invoice and signed shipping documents. |
