| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Equipment is payable no later than 30 calendar days from the date of full submission of the original documents (invoices for the payment of the Advance, ensuring the fulfillment of obligations to return the Advance).
40% of the cost of the Equipment is paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days) following the date of signing of the Transport document, subject to the provision of originals signed by the Parties;
30% of the cost of the Equipment is payable no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days), following the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note (Torg-12), subject to passing the Entrance control of the equipment and providing the originals of primary documents.
100% of the cost of the services provided for Installation supervision is payable no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of services provided for Installation Supervision (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days)
The Supplier has the right to refuse to receive an Advance. |
