Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
2. Payment for the Goods will be made upon delivery of the Goods no later than 20 calendar days, but not earlier than 15 calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the following documents: documents on certification of the Goods (originals, or duly certified copies of safety certificates, fire safety certificates, certificates (or declarations) of conformity, etc.), if certification is provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation; technical passport for the Goods in Russian and/or user manual (instruction manual) in Russian; issued warranty cards or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) numbers of the Goods and the warranty period; invoice issued to the Buyer; invoice, consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD (universal transfer document) in 2 copies. (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
