Payment terms:The final payment for the delivery of the Goods in respect of which the Work is not being performed is carried out by the Buyer in respect of each unit OF Goods accepted by the Buyer within no more than 7 (Seven) business days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the corresponding unit OF Goods (from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 form).
The final payment for the delivery of the Goods in respect of which the Work is to be performed is carried out by the Buyer in respect of each unit of Goods, within no more than 7 (Seven) business days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the result of the Work in respect of this unit of Goods (from the date of signing by the Buyer and Supplier of the act of acceptance and transfer of the work performed, confirming the fact of completion Works)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
