The unit price of the product must be unambiguously determined from the commercial offer; the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request; the validity period of the proposed price (at least 20 banking days are recommended); calculation of such a price with the attachment of transcripts for individual costs in order to prevent intentional overestimation or understatement of prices (if necessary); additional costs; terms of warranty obligations (if necessary); delivery time; contract enforcement (if necessary), etc.
