| Payment terms: | Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price (subject to the provision of security for the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract in the amount of an advance payment) by 70% within 7 working days, subject to proper fulfillment by the Supplier of the obligations assumed.

100% post-payment within 7 working days, provided that the Supplier fulfills its obligations properly.
In case of a decision to refuse an advance payment, security for the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract is provided in the amount of 5% of the NMC (lot price) |
