| Payment terms: | Option 1. The cost of products is paid in the following order:
- 30% - until the moment of shipment (transfer) of products to the Buyer (in advance), no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the contract, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a guarantee of repayment of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment.
- 70% - delivery of finished products to the Buyer and positive results of the input inspection of the Goods in the Buyer's warehouse, within 50 calendar days.
Option 2. payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of products will be made after delivery of finished products to the Buyer and positive results of input inspection of products in the Buyer's warehouse, within 50 calendar days. |
