Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the work performed shall be made by the Customer within 45 (Forty-five) / 30 (thirty) days for SMEs from the date of signing by the Customer of documents confirming the fact that the Contractor has performed the work and the Contractor has provided the documents provided for in the contract (act of work performed and invoice, or universal transfer document (UPD)) (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
The originals of the specified documents are transferred by the Contractor to the Customer in any way that allows to reliably establish the date of such transfer. Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds from the Customer's settlement account to the Contractor's settlement account. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Advance payment is not provided.
The price of works under the contract includes any costs of the Contractor in accordance with the Terms of Reference, including travel expenses, compensation for all costs, as well as any taxes, fees, duties and other payments.
Delivery of the results of the work to the Customer is carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
