| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered batch of Goods at the Buyer's bid is made within 45 calendar days (30 calendar days if the supplier is a small business entity) from the moment the goods are accepted in the Buyer's warehouse in quantity and quality, based on a signed consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or a universal transfer document and Supplier's invoice. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
