| Payment terms: | 30% - advance payment of the Contract amount is paid no later than 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, subject to receipt of the invoice for payment and security for the refund of the advance;
70% of the Contract value is payable no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days) following the date of signing by the parties of Torg-12 and the provision of the originals of primary documents. |
