| Payment terms: | The Buyer will pay the Supplier an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract value within 15 calendar days from the date the Supplier provided the original invoice.
The Buyer pays for the delivered Goods with a proportional deduction of the advance payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days/7 (seven) working days (for SMEs) from the date (moment) of receipt of the Goods in full and signing by the Buyer of the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
