| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, provided that the Supplier provides in full the originals of the following documents:
– invoices for payment in advance;
– ensuring the fulfillment of obligations to return the Advance*
Not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days
(If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): "Within 7 (Seven) working days") following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note (TORG-12), the Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer, taking into account the Advance paid. |
