Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment: Advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) of the value of the goods specified in the Specification, including VAT, is made within 3 (Three) business days from the date of signing the Specification and receipt from the Supplier of the invoice for payment.
The second payment in the amount of 20% (Twenty percent) of the value of the goods, including VAT, is made within 2 (Two) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of notification of the readiness of the goods for shipment.
The final payment in the amount of 50% (Fifty percent) of the value of the goods, including VAT, is carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of arrival of the goods at the terminal TC "Business Lines" at the address: 624130, Novouralsk, Sverdlovsk region, 5, Podgornaya str.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
