Payment terms:not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy-five) calendar days (for SMEs within 15 (Fifteen) working days, taking into account the period of entrance control - 10 calendar days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Acceptance and Transfer of Goods Act, Commodity Consignment Note (TRADE-12) subject to the provision of originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, Buyer pays the supplier 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
