| Payment terms: | 2.1. An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the equipment is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and provision of security for the refund of the advance.
2.2. In the final calculation, the outstanding advance in full is taken into account first of all, the remaining part of the equipment price in the amount of 70% is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment in full, provided for in the Specification, acceptance of all specified equipment by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or UPD and the provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in respect of all specified equipment. |
