| Payment terms: | Payment to the Supplier is made upon full delivery of the Goods (in accordance with Annex 3 of the Contract ("Acceptance certificate-transfer of goods") in the amount of 100% of the value specified in the contract (subject to the provisions of clause 4.2 (in applicable cases), after 15 (fifteen) business days, but not more than 25 (twenty-five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of Appendix No. 3 to this Contract ("Acceptance Certificate-transfer of Goods") provided that the Buyer receives the invoice for payment and the documents specified in clause 6.13 of the Agreement. |
