| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract price is paid within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the occurrence of all the above events: the conclusion of the contract, receipt by the buyer of the invoice for payment, provision of security for the refund of the advance (if the provision of security is provided for by the contract).
The payment in the amount of the remaining part of the price of the delivered goods is paid within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the delivered goods. If the contract based on the results of the purchase is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity, the payment in the amount of the remaining part of the price of the delivered goods is paid within 7 (seven) working days from the date of acceptance of the delivered goods. The date of acceptance is the date of signing by the buyer of the act of acceptance and transfer of the goods |
